Registration:
The application fee for enrollment at Bixby is $100 per child.
Here’s how to get started:
1. Call Bixby at 303/494-7508 to schedule a tour with the Preschool Director for Preschool or with the Executive Director for Kindergarten and Elementary grades.
2. To be put on a waiting list for enrollment, you must complete an application and pay the $100 application fee. This fee is nonrefundable.
3. Enrollment priority goes to Bixby students and siblings of those students. Siblings of formerly enrolled students are accepted next. Other students are generally accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Students at any level may be enrolled out of wait list order to achieve diversity and gender balance.
4. Upon acceptance of enrollment, a tuition deposit is also due.
- For Preschool the deposit is 50% of one month’s preschool day tuition based on five-day attendance. This deposit will be returned or credited towards the student’s final month’s tuition, provided that 60 days advance notice is given in writing.
To begin preschool enrollment, please complete the
application.
- For K-5 the deposit is one month’s elementary day tuition. This deposit will be credited towards the student’s final month’s tuition on graduation from 5th grade. In the event that the student does not reenroll at any time prior to 5th grade, the enrollment deposit will be credited towards the student’s final month’s tuition, provided that (1) full payment is received for the student’s final year’s tuition; and (2) written notice of non-reenrollment for the coming year is received by Bixby no later than February 15th of the student’s final year of enrollment.
