Registration
The fee to register for enrollment is $200 per family, $50 of which must accompany the application.
Please call Bixby to schedule an appointment with Alison (303/494-7505) for preschool registration or with Pat (303/494-7508) for kindergarten and elementary grades.
Upon confirmation of enrollment, the $150 balance is due along with a tuition deposit: $500 for K-5 grades, $100 for Preschool.
These rates are in effect from

There is a $25 late charge on monthly payments not made by the
5th, and a loss of the .5% and 1% reductions
for late payment in the semester and
yearly payment plans.
No credit can be given for illness
or for vacation absences during the
nine-month school year from September
through May.
If your child is enrolled in the 5
1/2 hour preschool session, but arrives
before or stays longer than the 5 1/2
hours, you should either pay full rates
or pay for the extra time at the rate
of $8.00 per hour.
Overtime charge for children staying
at Bixby after 5:45 (closing time) is
$5.00 for each 5-minute period.
If you are on a 3- or 4-day schedule
and would like to drop-in an extra day,
please get prior approval from the Preschool
Director. Drop-in rates are $45/day
for the preschool session (9:00-2:30)
and $55 for the full day.
OVERTIME, LATE PAYMENTS, AND DROP
IN FEES WILL BE BILLED AT THE END OF
EACH MONTH.
